we appreciated this excellent hotel and did not want to leave there, recommend. the bed with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows was big and the room itself was well decorated. the personnel was really helpful and very helpful.
Their staff were a bit rude.

This hotel was in an amazing location, really close to the city center and a metro station. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early and helping us arrange taxi transportation to the airport. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice interior and great amenities like fresh towels and bedding. the breakfast was also really delicious and had plenty of variety.
That the hotel didn't have its own parking, but there were plenty of parking spaces available on the street nearby.

Had everything I needed and would definitely return. Loved having central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. the restaurant wasn't too far from here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and many popular historic sites which made sightseeing very easy. the rooms were well decorated and comfortable. the reception staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in and out a breeze.
The hotel is in a noisy area which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the surrounding street was very busy which resulted in excessive noise that could be heard throughout the rooms.

Great location close to public transportation and historical sites. Friendly reception staff and comfortable beds. Housekeeping was prompt in making up the room.
The building itself was old and the street noise was a constant disturbance. Had issues with cleanliness of the bedding and towels, and the breakfast selection was not satisfying.

We loved how close this hotel was to the city center and transportation. It made it very easy to get around. Also, the staff was incredibly helpful, from letting us check-in early to even helping with taxi arrangements. The rooms were sparkling clean and the breakfast was amazing.
Nothing to complain about at all.
